1. Purpose

This Refund Policy outlines the terms applicable to all course registrations, enrolments, payments, and access to training programmes provided by Taryn G Training, Growth and Development (Pty) Ltd (“the Company”).

By enrolling in any course or programme, whether accredited or non-accredited, the learner or client agrees to the terms set out in this Refund Policy.


2. No Refund Policy

All payments made to Taryn G Training, Growth and Development (Pty) Ltd are final and non-refundable.

This includes, but is not limited to:

  • Course fees

  • Registration fees

  • Deposits

  • Corporate bookings

  • LMS access fees

  • Assessment or moderation fees

  • Certification fees

No refunds will be granted under any circumstances once payment has been received.


3. Activation of Access

Upon payment confirmation, learners are granted access to:

  • Digital learning materials

  • LMS platforms

  • Course resources

  • Assessment content

  • Administrative processing

Because access to proprietary intellectual property and digital resources is provided immediately or reserved upon enrolment, fees cannot be refunded.


4. Non-Participation or Withdrawal

Failure to:

  • Attend scheduled training sessions

  • Complete course modules

  • Submit assessments

  • Log into the LMS

  • Participate in learning activities

does not entitle the learner or client to a refund.

Withdrawal from a course, whether voluntary or due to personal circumstances, will not result in reimbursement.


5. Employer-Sponsored or Corporate Enrolments

For corporate or employer-funded learners:

  • The sponsoring organisation remains liable for all fees once enrolment is confirmed.

  • No refund will be issued due to employee resignation, dismissal, or non-participation.


6. Exceptional Circumstances

The Company reserves the sole discretion to consider alternative remedies (such as course transfers or deferred access), but:

  • Such arrangements are not guaranteed.

  • They are not automatic rights.

  • They do not constitute a refund.

Any accommodation granted will be confirmed in writing.


7. Compliance with Law

This Refund Policy operates subject to the applicable provisions of the Consumer Protection Act 68 of 2008, where relevant.

Nothing in this Policy limits statutory rights that may apply under South African law. However, where services have been rendered, reserved, or digital access has been provided, fees remain non-refundable.


8. Amendments

The Company reserves the right to amend this Refund Policy at any time. The version published on the official website or LMS platform will be binding.
